Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to Volume Payments Limited's Referral Program!

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in our referral program (the "Program").
By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility
‍
- The Program is open to all customers who have an active account with Volume Payments Limited.
- Referrals must be new customers to Volume Payments Limited and not have previously registered with us.
- Referees that are already an active opportunity with Volume Payments Limited will be excluded from the Program.

Campaign Duration

This referral campaign runs until September 31st, 2024.

Referral Process
‍
1. To participate, you must share your unique referral link provided by Volume Payments Limited.
2. The referred person (the "Referee") must use your referral link to sign up for an account with Volume Payments Limited.
3. The Referee must achieve 50 transactions in a live environment to qualify as a successful referral.


Rewards
‍
- For each successful referral, you (the "Referrer") will receive up to £250 credit against your own fees once the Referee becomes an active user.
- An active user is defined by Volume Payments Limited as a merchant who has completed 50 transactions in a live environment.
- The Referee will receive their first month of transaction costs free, subject to the same conditions, and is limited up to £2,500 worth of transactions, counted from the 'expected go live date' signed in the contract.
- Volume Payments Limited reserves the right to revoke the free payments if we reasonably suspect foul play.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless stated otherwise.

Conditions

- There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make.
- Referrals cannot be combined with other promotional programs or discounts unless explicitly stated.
- Rewards will be granted only after the Referee achieves 50 transactions in a live environment and the transactions have been verified by Volume Payments Limited.

Prohibited Conduct
‍
- Referrers must not engage in any form of spam, bulk email distribution, or unsolicited commercial communication.
- Any attempt to manipulate or game the referral system will result in disqualification from the Program.
- Referrers must not misrepresent Volume Payments Limited or the nature of the referral program.

Termination and Changes
- Volume Payments Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes to the Program or these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Volume Payments Limited website.
- Volume Payments Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Program if they violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.


Liability

Volume Payments Limited shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the Program.
Volume Payments Limited makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Program or any rewards provided under the Program.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Volume Payments Limited regarding your participation in the Program.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
